The turnaround time for your order begins the first business day after we’ve received full payment and we have all information required to complete your order (all artwork and approvals, working /correct tags, all fonts required for editable tags, all shipping info, etc.). Delay in receipt of any of these items will result in production delays for your order. Our current standard turnaround time is 5-7 business days on average and is not guaranteed. Complex orders/add-ons may increase turnaround. Delay in approval of your quote or proof could also result in production delays. Each finishing service will add extra time to the turnaround on orders, adding roughly 2 days per finishing service to the turnaround time. The most up-to-date turnaround time will be listed on your quote as well as invoice, and shipping time is not included in our standard turnaround time.

If you have a strict deadline for your order, it is very important that you let us know this when placing your order, and a rush fee may apply if there isn’t enough time to complete your order within our standard turnaround timeframe. We will not be able to accommodate changes to due dates after production has begun. Any circumstances out of Atlanta Cheap Tees’s control (i.e. weather delays, shipping errors by the supplier, etc.) may require more time, and are not factored into the initial turnaround time estimate.

Rush orders may be subject to a fee of up to 100% of estimated total. See rush fee table below, and contact us for current rush production availability.

• 5 day rush – plus 25% of total
• 3 day rush – plus 50% of total
• 1 and 2 day rush – plus 100% of total

All minimums for Atlanta Cheap Tees are listed independently throughout our website, but below is a condensed list:

• Heat Press Vinyl: no minimum
• Screen Printing:  12 piece minimum
• Specialty Printing:  24 piece minimum
• Private Labeling: 24 piece minimum

All orders must be paid in full before the order can be moved into production. Exceptions can be made for schools and credit approved businesses only after approval by Atlanta Cheap Tees management. If you pay via check, the turnaround time for your order will not begin until your check clears.

In addition to the signed quote and approval of your artwork proof, we also require payment in full to move your job into production. Therefore production begins the following business day after these items are received by Atlanta Cheap Tees, and starts the turnaround clock. We accept most major credit cards as well as cash and checks. If paying by credit there is a 3% payment processing fee added to the total. If paying by personal or business check, it must clear our bank prior to your job moving into production. Please take note to the delay this may cause.

All files must be at least 300 DPI or in vector format. The artwork dimensions should be sized to the exact size you would like it printed on the garments. The text must be converted to outlines. Printing can only be as good as the original artwork. Atlanta Cheap Tees will not be responsible for poor quality printing due to poor artwork. Please see our file preparation section for more details. Atlanta Cheap Tees will also not be responsible for any misspellings, or errors of any kind with customer supplied artwork and files. Although we do our best to catch these errors and point them out to you, we may not catch them all. To prevent errors please review the Atlanta Cheap Tees provided artwork proof thoroughly. If it is in your artwork file and on your artwork proof, this is how we will print it.

Artwork proofs are used to ensure the accuracy of a print job and the order details. All artwork is to be approved via this Atlanta Cheap Tees provided artwork proof, and signed and returned to us. Artwork must be checked for spelling, color, sizes ordered, placement of the art, and accuracy of artwork by the customer. It is very important to review every detail of the mockup, as this is how your garments will be printed. Atlanta Cheap Tees will not accept responsibility for corrections requested after artwork approval. Any modifications requested after customer approval will result in production delays and could require additional expenses. Production cannot begin until signed approval of the mockup proof, the quote, and full payment has been received by Atlanta Cheap Tees. Because of these requirements, all sales are deemed final once they’re received by Atlanta Cheap Tees. You [the purchaser] certify that you own the rights to or have a license to use copyrighted or trademarked image(s) being used in the artwork for your order, and Atlanta Cheap Tees takes no responsibility in any trademark or copyright infringement from your artwork/design.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide details in regard to print placement and size. If no details are provided we will print in standard locations (ex: Chest Print, Print to start 2’’ inches below bottom of collar).

Please note that not all shirts are sewn exactly the same. The following dimensions are to be used for reference as a “safe” zone to avoid printing on any seams or edges, and please use our templates for accurate placement of your design. Also please check the individual product page on our vendor’s websites for exact measurements for the product you’re looking for.

NOTE: Any print that goes over a seam can result in imperfections in the print.

Even though our printers have over 20 years of experience, there is no way to effectively and efficiently measure a distance from the collar on each shirt as each garment is loaded onto the press by hand. If you request a print that is 2” down from the collar, we will use that as a guide and do our best to make sure that all shirts hit that target, but not all shirts will hit exactly at 2”, they may be off by as much as an inch in either direction. This will not be considered a misprint and Atlanta Cheap Tees will not reprint or refund these shirts.

Although Atlanta Cheap Tees has the latest equipment available, inconsistencies may occur in registration and ink coverage when printing near or over the collar, seams, or any other edges. Any large prints may run the risk of going over the sleeve seam. These are all considered acceptable goods and will not be considered for reprints.

Although Atlanta Cheap Tees has the latest equipment available, inconsistencies may occur in registration and ink coverage when printing over the zipper, pockets or any other uneven surfaces. Atlanta Cheap Tees will not be responsible for these inconsistencies.

For exact color matches please request Pantone Matched colors. Pantone color matches are available for $45.00 per quart per color (about 100 prints). DISCHARGE & WATERBASED COLOR MATCHES CAN NOT BE GUARANTEED.

Due to variances in computer monitors and printers, colors in an artwork proof or mockup are not true to the finished product. If you desire a specific color match, please specify the color by providing either a physical sample or listing a corresponding Pantone Ink color (PMS color) on your purchase order. Additional color matching fees apply.

Some applications such as foil, puff ink, and glow in the dark inks do not hold up as well as Plastisol or water based inks. Due to the inconsistent nature and short life spans of these applications Atlanta Cheap Tees will not be liable for minor inconsistencies found in the print and will not issue refunds for these services.

Please note that by default, as an industry standard we will use the same set of screens per design ordered; that is, the artwork will print the exact same size, no matter the size of the garment we are printing on. So if you’re printing youth small through unisex extra large, all garments will have the same dimension design printed on them. If you would like to have different screen sizes made for youth and adult garment sizes, please let us know when you place your order. Each set of screens will be considered a different print run, with pricing charged accordingly. Please keep this in mind when printing women and youth sized shirts.

Due to the wide variety of brands, styles, colors, and sizes, Atlanta Cheap Tees does not stock blank garments. From time to time our manufacturers may be out of stock on ordered items. Atlanta Cheap Tees will not be held liable for delays due to manufacture out of stocks or discontinued items. If items are out of stock, we will provide you with a list of possible replacements and gain your approval prior to using the replacement item.

At Atlanta Cheap Tees all sales are final, and cancellations will not be accepted once your job enters into production.

Atlanta Cheap Tees will do everything possible to meet any must-have date, but we cannot guarantee it. Rush fees may apply. Customer will be responsible for any expedited shipping charges associated with this type of order.

We ship all orders via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. If you prefer a specific carrier or rate, please specify during order placement. Delivery is also available for those in the metro Atlanta area for a $7 delivery fee, and will be delivered the Wednesday following completion of your order. Our delivery range is a 10 miles radius outside of I-285.  Anything outside of this range will require an additional fee of $.60 a mile or shipping.  Shipping and extended delivery is not included in estimates unless specified. Shipping and delivery time-frame is NOT included in turnaround time.

At Atlanta Cheap Tees we observe all U.S. banking holidays and are closed the following days. These days will not be considered operational business days, and therefore will not count towards turnaround time:

We always do our best to get you exactly what you ordered, but due to the nature of the apparel imprinting industry Atlanta Cheap Tees will not be responsible for under-runs or spoilage up to 3% per design. Please keep this in mind when ordering, and if a specific number is needed you may want to order extras to cover this spoilage. We will refund the cost of any item outside of this 3% spoilage rate.

Customer-supplied materials (i.e. garments, caps, bags, promotional products, or specialty paper stocks) are subject to a 10% misprint allowance. Any misprints will be credited as a print owed and not as an item owed. If a specific number is needed you may want to provide extras to cover this allowance as well as any spoilage rates.

Atlanta Cheap Tees sources some of the highest quality apparel available to the imprinting industry.  Even with these quality standards we cannot be responsible for manufacturer defects such as color inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, loose/inconsistent stitching, and/or garment defects (holes in garments, ripped seams, etc.). We try our best to inspect the garments as we print them, but we cannot guarantee each garment’s quality. We are not the manufacturers of these garments, so we cannot ensure their construction. We highly recommend ordering 5% extra of each size if an exact count is important.

Some manufacturers over-dye their garments. Over-dying is the process of re-dying a garment after its initial manufacturing and dying. This is done for any number of reasons, including color correction, clearing out of colors that didn’t sell (purple shirts aren’t selling so the manufacturer dyes them black to sell them as black shirts, etc.). Because of this, Atlanta Cheap Tees cannot 100% guarantee exact color consistency on coloring with discharge printing or discharge based services. This is most noticeable on white ink prints (showing a slight off white tinge), but can sometimes be seen with other discharge colors. If you are concerned about the possibility of over-dying on a garment you are interested in using or would like more information or alternate print methods, please contact us. We will be glad to provide you with any information that may help you avoid this issue.

There will be a $45.00 fee for all returned checks.

Atlanta Cheap Tees reserves the right to change pricing without notice.

Estimates, quotes, proposals, etc. expire within 30 days and are subject to change upon review of submitted artwork and other materials.

Atlanta Cheap Tees will not be responsible for your satisfaction with the garments printed on or the printed artwork. We are always available to counsel a customer prior to ordering to ensure the desired look is achieved.  If you are unsure of what garment to select, we can gladly order a number of blank samples for you to choose from. The samples will be billed and invoiced individually, and shipped without printing. Blank samples cannot be credited to the cost of your subsequent order.

At Atlanta Cheap Tees we go to great lengths to try to ensure that every order that leaves our facility is correct. Any order printed different than the approved proof will be granted a reprint of the defective product. It is your responsibility to check over your garments when you receive them. We allow an industry standard 48 hour window from the time you receive the goods to notify us of any issues with the order. Atlanta Cheap Tees will not be responsible for errors with your order if notified after 48 hours of receipt of goods. If it is determined that you need to return products to us for inspection or to be reprinted, the product must be returned within 2 business weeks of the stated claim. If you have contacted us to make a return and we have agreed to cover the shipping costs, all items must be shipped using ground shipping methods from UPS or FedEx, any other methods of shipping (3 day ship, 2nd day air, next day air, next day saver) will not be covered. If items are returned after this time-frame, the shipment will be denied and the package will be sent back to you unless prior arrangements have been made.

If Atlanta Cheap Tees is responsible for any errors in your order, we will gladly accept responsibility for the issues and will reprint the shirts printed in error. We do not offer refunds, but will gladly reprint any production errors that exceed the spoilage rate. Atlanta Cheap Tees will not be responsible for any lost income, customers, accounts, and/or contracts if defective garments are sent out to your final customer. While Atlanta Cheap Tees performs several quality checks throughout our production, the final quality assurance check lies in the hands our customer.

In accordance with copyright laws, a design is the property of the designer; said design cannot be reproduced in any way, without the written consent of the copyright owner. You certify that the artwork submitted for our services are assumed to be of ownership by you the customer, and not infringing on any copyright laws.  It is the sole responsibility of the customer to know the artwork’s usage rights.

All drawings, artwork files, color separations, films, screens, proofs & other visual presentation materials supplied by Atlanta Cheap Tees shall remain the property of Atlanta Cheap Tees and may be shown in printed or online portfolios and advertisments. Final artwork & concepts may not be given to other artists to alter, reproduce or post online in any way without the express written permission of Atlanta Cheap Tees.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Atlanta Cheap Tees from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of this website or our services. You also certify that the artwork submitted for our services are assumed to be of ownership by you the customer and not infringing on any copyright laws.  It is the sole responsibility of the customer to know the artwork’s usage rights.

Atlanta Cheap Tees is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you’ll find valuable.
